Dear Partners

Greetings from USA, where Jeremy and Loyiso have been on deputation and visiting partners. We also pay tribute to our longest standing member of Africa for Christ who has just retired in April.  Find out more below, thank you for your partnership!

USA Partnership Trip

In April Jeremy and his wife Marlene visited 4 different states in the USA and 10 different churches, with dozens of meetings and presentations as part of the itinerary. One highlight was a Sunday lunch meeting with 120 guests at Cypress Bible Church in Houston, Texas. Above in the PHOTO can be seen Tim Weaver (far right) who is the missions pastor at the church. We are very thankful for three new churches that we met during our travels, and are praying for long term partnerships to develop. Loysio joined Jeremy in the USA in mid April and spent time in South Carolina, Houston (see PHOTO) and Columbus Ohio. He visited faithful supporting churches who partner with his ministry in SA.

Tribute to Shadrack

Shadrack Monageng has been 20 years with AFC as our Training Director. He has visited more than 10 countries for AFC, and hundreds of church planters across South Africa – giving advice, counselling and training in pioneer church planting on the ground .

He is well known for his teachings on character building and moral principles, and was gifted in training the nuts and bolts of church administration. Shadrack will continue to do some training for AFC and serve on the Board. He will be greatly missed on staff and we pray for Gods richest blessings on his retirement years.

Praise points

  • Successful trips to USA and new contacts made

  • the great blessing Shadrack has been to AFC over many years

Pray for:

  • breakthroughs in new relationships made in the USA

  • Good health and Gods hand over Shadrack in retirement

With much appreciation for your faithful support

Jeremy
